The seminar on "Leadership Beyond Gender: Women Empowerment" organised by Mrs. Sruthy Murugan Usha, Assistant Professor, Department of IPR, aimed to foster a dialogue on dismantling gender stereotypes in leadership.

Speakers highlighted the importance of inclusivity, equal opportunities, and challenging preconceived notions to empower women in various professional spheres. Attendees engaged in discussions on fostering supportive environments, mentorship programs, and policy changes to create a more equitable and diverse leadership landscape.

After every session, students were given time to have interaction with the speakers and clarify their doubts. Question answer session was fruitful.
