This Orientation Program discussed on the Merits and De- Merits of cyber space and its impact on the society, the growth of cyberspace has reduced the distance of communication but at the same time it has reduced peoples writing and thinking capacity further cyber space has brought new problems like cyber crimes which is a great task for the countries and also we discussed about Intellectual Property Rights and its Kinds with the remedies available against its infringement.
